Shame on you! For awhile we've heard those February 17th, 2009 spots which took a lot of money to produce, working the public up as to the change...and 'poof', "hey guys, we were only kidding about that February thing!" For $40 freaking bucks without the coupon, they can pick up a converter box at Radio Shack or Walmart...geez, this is so stupid. I've been reading about the costs to maintain old analog transmitters and associated equipment! Well, I'm using cable and digital, I made the switch three years ago, and I thought I was slow! WJW TV 8, you could have claimed the fame of being the first station in Cleveland to go digital - good promotional value in that...and you just threw it away! If stations desire to do this, they must do so by the same Monday deadline.<BR/><BR/>Doubt we will see too many takers on this one, but it will be interesting to see if it happens.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
