UPDATE 1: We've confirmed with our own ears tonight - by that esoteric method of turning on an FM radio and listening to 104.1 - that it's indeed former WZKL/92.5 "Q92" morning co-host Tim Richards holding down a newly-opened local evening slot at CBS Cleveland hot AC WQAL "Q104". He's been on past 11 PM, which would either push Leeza Gibbons to midnight, or off the air...
UPDATE 2: OK, Dan...you get your mention. AllAccess reports that former Clear Channel Sandusky promotions director Dan Baisden - who's also been with the BAS Broadcasting stations in Mount Vernon - gets his first PD gig. If you want to find Dan, his new home is at CHR WQHY/95.5 "Q95" in Prestonsburg KY.
Now, we're sure that folks in Kentucky can't really find Mount Vernon on an Ohio map, so perhaps they'll forgive us for having to look up that Prestonsburg is in far Eastern Kentucky, not really near any major city. (Google Maps tells us it's about a three hour drive east of Lexington KY, and about a two hour drive south of Huntington WV.) But "Q95" appears to have a booming class C signal at 100,000 watts, so the station at least appears to get out over much of Eastern Kentucky.
We mention it because Dan is a regular OMW reader, and we wish him luck!

Actually, Leeza had always came on at 10:00pm. She was on from 10:00pm to 1:00am every weeknight. John Connor was originally on from 7:00pm to Midnight when he started at Q104 in early 2002, but was reduced to 7:00pm to 10:00pm to make room for Leeza.
I heard Q104 past midnight one night, and Leeza was nowhere to be found.
